After posting this review, the owner of WA Evergreen Insulation contacted me to make things right. We eventually came to a mutual agreement to complete the project. The owner, Humberto, wrote a nice note apologizing for the fact that our job did not work out as intended. I appreciate that the company did eventually contact me to bring this project to an end. I've increased my rating based Humberto's response to the problem.

Had to have my insulation done in my crawlspace. The entire process has been absolutely amazing.
The price is fair for everything they do.(extremely thorough employees)
I spent a few days shopping around.
They ended up being the best at communicating, getting everything completed in a timely manner.
I would definitely suggest going through this company vs the other companies in the area.
All in all open, honest, great value, amazing communication. Everything was extremely clear with a step by step process and came out last minute when I needed them.

I am extremely impressed with the professional removal of the damaged duct work/old insulation and installation of new materials under our crawl space that the Evergreen crew did. It ended up being a total gut job and upon finishing there was not a scrap of debris left in the yard or work area. The guys were also very respectful and kind.

We purchased a home that was good on all respects except for the crawl space which was a wet, muddy, mess. My husband call Clean Crawls & they referred him to Evergreen Insulation. Humberto came out, surveyed the situation, revealed his approach to the problem and provided us with a written estimate. We ultimately went w/Evergreen Insulation after speaking w/some of Evergreen's previous clients. Humberto proved to be a man of his word. It was raining when the appointment rolled around for his crew to get started so Humberto suggested we see if indeed we were coming upon a dry spell as the weather
