We have bought several vehicles from don davis. Their service department Is usually great. We will not be going back. Charged a restocking free for a part even though before we picked up vehicle my husband said he did not want the part. They know what is covered under extended warranty’s. They should have been honest. Then to charge $150 diagnostic's fee on something they are unsure would even fix the problem.

We have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership. Used their service department for several years and have NEVER had a issues with them. Delt with JC in service. Ordered a part I told him I decided I want and told him I did not want it. They them charged us a restocking fee. We will never do business with this dealership again. I would rather drive to Houston then do business with them.

Traveling from Illinois our gmc had issues. Having only 4,800 miles on it, it was still under warranty. Worried about how to get my family home they got our car in and fixed a soon as they possibly could. I cannot put into words how helpful and courteous they were! Thanks to your whole staff!

Purchased new 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe; Initial Sales was great the salesman provided excellent demonstration of vehicle, financing was okay 3.9 @ 72 months.
Once license plates arrived, we went to dealership to retrieve and install, the initial salesman was overwhelmed with other activities, seems the plate is attached but not correctly, bolt/screw hole was not threaded correctly and no one available in service to assist. We requested assistance with blue-link app but salesman was to busy and asked that we contact Hyundai directly for assistance. We like the vehicle, but will consider another dealership

We went in had a tiny issue, about to leave without a truck but the manager stepped in fixed the situation and well we purchased a truck! Only real issue was when we picked it up and drove off "the detail" they provided was horrible..dust everywhere, windows streaky...it wasn't visible until after we got into the sun! Definitely need to rehire new detail department crew! ⛔For a brand new truck the detail should have been immaculate, it wasn't!

Talk to Josh! I've owned 10+ cars in my life and this was my best experience ever. The whole team is friendly, knowledgeable, and HONEST. The price listed online is the REAL price -- unlike another dealer that jacked the price over $3000 AFTER I applied for credit and then lied and stretched the pmt plan to look like they'd lowered the price. So, let me say it again :) Don Davis lists the ACTUAL price online and doesn't play price games with you. Of course you can add things like warranties if you want them but it wasn't high-pressure at all. The finance manager even called and personally got my
