My Wife and I have had the pleasure of working with the Pagenstecker Group on a major renovation of our coop apartment. From start to finish we had an excellent experience. Working in a coop is not easy with neighbors, staff and limited hours. Pagenstecker Group navigated it all with kudos from all quarters.

On four occasions over the past few years Pagenstecher Group has enhanced the utility and value of our classic home, built in 1937. The design and build work has approached perfection, with our new porch and deck, master suite addition, and bath and kitchen renovation all completed on time, neatly and at an exceptional level of quality. Our house in Bethesda was build in 1938 and we became the second owners in 1989. Between the time that we made an offer on the house and moved in, a large tree dropped a bough on the family room, crushing in one part of the roof. The owner had selected John and Peter Pagenstecher to make the repairs. By the time we moved in there was no trace of any damage. When we decided a few years later to convert the garage to a large kitchen and when we decided this year to put a large shed dormer into the family room, we didn't hesitate. Pagenstecher Group did what I consider to be a challenging renovation for me. Challenging because the renovation was within the envelope of original 1970s construction, which had a number of peculiarities (including walls/ceilings/floors not in square), and because access to the site was limited. I highly recommend them. They were creative in their solutions, responsive to my input and questions, and extremely reliable.

We used the Pagenstcher Group for a recent renovation of the great room in our newly purchased home. We wanted to make sure we selected a company who would appreciate and enhance the quality and character of our home. We did not want a "cookie cutter" job. They were extremely professional, hard working and responsive. We could easily reach them via phone, text or email and they accommodated our schedules by meeting with us periodically at 7am before we left for work in order to go over progress and make decisions on details. We couldn't be happier with the results! I would highly recommend them
