Finally got approved for new windows by the landlord. Bit more of a wait time than I was told, but dude showed up on time, was professional and told me his helper called in so it might take a little longer. I had 3 windows replaced and he averaged 45 minutes per window max! Professional inside and out. Since I've been home from work tonight, the temperature has dropped outside by 15°. My inside reading hasn't dropped 1° with no heat. Huge blessing knowing my insulation is proving to already be a night and day difference! Highly recommend!

Thank you so much Patrick and David for doing an amazing job of putting in my patio door. You put in all my windows 3 years ago and I have been so pleased with them. And I also must give a shout out to your customer service girls. They stayed in touch with me when we had to change the date and were so accommodating with my schedule. We had a back sliding glass door installed
Several issues - and yes I called and left messages for these issues no response
Poor quality
No outside lock - thought that’s what I paid for
Handle cheap and loose
Floor molding not flat against floor- actually sitting straight up on one side and flat on the other
Pulled paint away from Walls
Screen very hard to shut - being new expect a little stiff but this is ridiculous
Wood outside looks like termite damage - was told just where they cut it
Not happy
I had my side door done by Lowe’s paid less and so much better

They put several new windows in my mother's house last June or July and the windows are fine but the guys who installed it did the worst job ever and wind blew in side the house all around the windows. We called and asked for someone to come out several times and finally last Friday a guy finally made it and had to recaulk everything and even he said that was poor installation work. And my mother even got the a little bit better window not the cheapest ones and the top windows are sliding down on their own so the guy that came out to repair it had to put set screws in them to help them stay up

Really would have liked to give them 5 stars but have been trying now for more than a year. Spoke to everyone from reception, manager, installers to Scott. Everyone promised call return. & installer & owner came to house. Installer fixed the window we couldn't close!!!
However, promises and promised the picture window would be replaced. Not in stock.....Order. They say ...... More than a year later........responses have ceased all together.
Windows are GREAT. Replacement services, as you can read, are less than appealing/helpful! I would be happy to post if it better support. Buyer Beware!

Totally in love with our new windows! Our old windows were broken and didn't open, so we knew when we bought this place that we'd need to save up to replace them. Although the windows definitely cost quite a bit more than $185, it was still a way better price than anyone else and the quality is great. I can see why they're so busy that it was a 3 month wait for installation!! Totally worth it and a much better experience than a friend had recently using a different more expensive company.

Rob, our estimate guy was very friendly and explained things well about the window. He said we’d have our windows in 6 weeks from ordering & we had them installed before the six weeks was up. Our house was a big job of 22 windows and wraps. The three man team led by Patrick did it in two days. The old windows were out & new windows installed in one day (in the rain might I add; didn’t bother them at all). Wraps were done the next day because they didn’t want to install with the metal being wet (which I appreciate). The windows look great and they seriously have already saved us on energy
