As a new home owner, I needed another security layer to keep my home and loved ones safe. Tiko is the living embodiment of an honest vender which is seldom to come across nowadays. I know people don't read long reviews so I'm going to just summarize my experience with Tiko and Ani
- Both are very professional, very friendly and understanding.
- Pricing is reasonable and there are no hidden fees or nickel and diming you for every feature.
- The Installation was very clean. No wires dangling, nothing out of place.
- The equipement they use is very modern. I'm able to arm and disarm my alarm remotely with my phone and get notifications.
I have referred Friends and Family to Alarm connection. That is how good they are.

Tiko and Ani are both so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They have always been very accommodating and available to help with any issues. The owner, Tiko, is amazing. I had always balked at the idea of an alarm system as I thought it would be too restrictive and inconvenient. But Tiko met with me first to determine my needs and preferences and designed a system to my liking. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or need. He takes great pride in his work and is a perfectionist. As he finished up, his wife came to set up my phone, etc; then they both made sure I was completely confident in how to use the system. We have had our house protected by Alarm Connection Plus for over 7 years now so when I decided to add an alarm system to my business, it was a no brainer to go with Alarm Connection Plus. Alarm Connection was the first vendor we brought to our new house before getting the renovation underway as we were very impressed with their knowledge, expertise and professional courtesy from their visit to our previous residence. We used Alarm Connection Plus on a project 5 months ago and everything from installation to monitoring assistance has been wonderful. Clean, fast installation took one day. Customer service is top notch. Such a different experience than I've previously had with the "big box" type companies. Tiko and staff have always been available for questions and patient. I needed some help with the app a couple times and Ani walked me through it all no problem. We added a sensor recently and they handled it right away. Had an attempted break in and the monitoring center called us right away.

Tiko is awesome. He is professional, courteous and has a tremendous knowledge of alarm and camera systems. Tiko, explained my alarm system and upgraded my cameras to newer, clearer, sharper image cameras. He and his assistant did the work efficiently and without a mess. Tiko's assistant help me install the app on my phone and spoke to Spectrum about opening the internet ports.

Tiko is a true gem. What a kind man. I received his number after searching for someone to help me with the alarm system I inherited in my new home and he was able to come by just a few hours later. From the moment he walked in, I already got a good vibe from him and he only continued to exceed my expectations thereafter. I reached out to Diko on the recommendation of my parents. I mean if they use him, he must be the best. Even though my expectations were exceptionally high, he somehow managed to surpass them.
First off, the system he installed is one of a kind - it looks like an iPad and its functionality is beyond what I knew what even possible. Of course I'm not exactly looking for it when I go to friends houses... but I haven't seen a system like this anywhere else. I've been using this service for about 8 years now, and couldn't be happier. Niko and his team are consummate professionals in every aspect, from explaining the services - installation - and most importantly, the followup. We transitioned from one alarm company to Alarm Connection Plus a few weeks ago. The owner (Tiko) is personable and responsive, making the installation process as smooth as possible. He was able to use some of the same equipment we already had; it was a neat and clean install. We're happy we made the switch and feel secure at home.
