My plumber gave me an exorbitant price to tunnel under my house to make a repair. I decided to use a tunneling company myself to avoid a mark up by my plumber. After hours of calls and disappointment I found BMB. Brad, the owner, was great. He listened to my problem and promptly offered a solution as he has done what I needed many times. He provided an estimate on the spot and explained in detail how he would tunnel, place a pad on the drive for the dirt and return to refill the tunnel after the plumber completed the repair, then thoroughly clean the area. I highly recommend BMB Construction! They did a fantastic job on our foundation. The crew was the hardest working group of guys I've ever met. They were fast and efficient in completing the job. They cleaned up after and left our home better than they found it. I am super impressed! Eddie Garcia was so patient and helpful. He answered all my questions and explained the process clearly. I had some foundation repair done at my home earlier this year. I hired and engineer to assess my home and provide a design plan. With this drawing I was able to get multiple bids and be able to compare apples to apples. Best decision ever.
I’ve used BMB on previos jobs before, so I called them to do my residence. Eddie and his crew did the work. I have to honestly say that Eddie is an expert when it comes to foundation repair. He went above and beyond my expectations. His crew was friendly and profesional, they took care of my home and did a great job.

First, I must mention the coordination efforts by Kelsey. He is quite knowledgeable, interested in what you hope to accomplish, professional and easy to talk to.
The crew worked very hard, always on time and professional. They continually engaged with one another; participating as a team as they carried out the job at hand. It was great to watch! Additionally, the foreman Chad was very interested in my future needs, willing to help and so easy to engage with. I really hope I hear from and see him in the future!
The overall experience was awesome and I am very pleased

Great Company to work with. I got three estimates for installation of sump pumps and moving water away from a back door. BMB was slightly above the bottom estimate and made a point that the estimate didn't include electrical work which was fine with me. The cheaper estimate didn't mention electrical so I asked and it was "included."
The work took an extra day due to some weird chicken wire underneath the 60 year old concrete and there was a minor difference between the design and the installation. But this was fixed quickly and at no charge to me. I would definitely use them again for future needs

I had a unique foundation issue with a house on solid rock. Austin did an excellent job coming out and walking me through expectations and the work to be done. A week later, Eddie came out with his crew and knocked it out of the park. I'm very happy with everything they've done and will be using them in the future with rentals and sales. As a side note, I had 4 other bids for the work and they came in at a reasonable price. The finish work on the cracks and the patch work on the cut concrete all looks great too.

I called BMB Construction to take care of drainage issues in my sloped backyard. My current french drains were failing to dissipate the collecting water from heavy rain fall. Austin, was attentive and brought Brad back to our location for a 2nd visit to insure they were quoting the best option. BMB was the only company out of (3) that provided an option that fix the problem without requiring a large scale landscape overhaul. They provided timely response to any question during the install.

I used BMB Pro Tunnel and Trench and wish I could have given 10 stars. Fair, honest, hardworking and dependable. Need I say more? Will finish the work on time and not complain about anything. We used BMB a few years ago, for foundation repair. We had one side done, and the other side a month later. They did a great job. They did a really good job matching the concrete areas where they had to dig. They were able to do the work all in the same day! Each time we had them out. The workers cleaned up all the debris. (Some don't) And the work has a lifetime guarantee! Which is great, considering the foundation in our area. Then about a year later, we had some movement. No worries! They came back out, and made the adjustments needed. That was about a year ago. There have been no issues

Crew is always closely supervised and each member on my job had been with BMB for many years - a metric that tells me that BMB delivers high quality to its customers by and through taking great care of its employees. BMB Construction has been doing foundation work for me since 2007 for my investment properties. Work is timely and professional at a fair price and they never over sell. I have never had any issues selling a property that has had foundation repair by BMB especially since they are backed with transferable warranties.
