Services
We will lay down a protective barrier of product to protect your home from pests. Bugs will walk through the product and then die. Our products are not repellants, we follow Purdue University's guidelines on pest control protocols to give you the best and most effective pest control! What we treat: We knock down all cobwebs.
We do a thorough inspection to find where the bed bugs are located: we check outlets, dressers, closets, under the carpet, the bed frame, box spring, mattress, windows, vents and any other areas to correctly identify that there is a bed bug issue. Then we use specialized products to treat the rooms infested with bed bugs.
We will provide a full consultation from your chimney down through your crawlspace, detailing in a proposal for you the issues we find and how we will resolve them. We have certifications from NWCOA- the national certifying board for rodent and wildlife operators. We have taken courses to learn the best methods of rodent control, and how to seal homes so the rodents don't get back in!
Sutton Weed and Pest Control has licensed professionals who will provide a free estimate! Our products are safe to touch once dry, and involve a 2 part attack approach. Pre emergent is applied at the same time as post emergent- this means we will prevent future weed growth, and kill any existing weeds.
Sutton Weed and Pest Control technicians work with Game and Fish to properly trap and relocate wildlife. Squirrels, racoons, bats and skunks. These animals are the most common wildlife that like to make their home in your crawlspace, attic or walls! Our certified technicians will provide a full consultation, from your chimney through your crawlspace to find issues, damage, and wildlife.

I am a pretty new customer with Sutton using their quarterly pest control. I've had two services now and both time the techs were very nice, thorough and professional. My most recent tech was Randy and he was fantastic. Super friendly, called to let me know he was on his way so I could keep my dogs out of his way and, again, was very thorough in spraying. So impressed. Thank you Randy and Sutton.

I had some wasp nests on my property and needed to get them taken care of before my painters came. I don't live in the area and had called many companies to help with my needs. I couldn't get a timely appointment and the prices were extremely high. Daylon was able to fit me in on a moment's notice, arrived when he said he would be there, and was able to take care of everything in time for my painters who arrived the next day. My house had a horrible amount of weeds in my yards. I was trying everything possible to try and get rid of them but they just kept coming back. Finally I just decided to get professional help. Your whole team was great! Excellent communication on scheduling. Got reminders by email and Randy called when he was 10 minutes out just to give us a heads-up, very appreciated. Tech (Randy Gonzales) was outstanding! Knew his stuff and provided us with an education on ants. Polite and friendly and answered all our questions. Got a promise of help in the future if we needed it. Great experience for us and I will recommend them to all my friends!
