I wanted to do a follow up review from my experience with Affordable Remodeling Solutions from 9 months ago. We finished our remodel in September and like most people doing a remodel during the pandemic we ran into some unstuck issues and permit timing issues. James and his team did a great job communicating this as this was beyond his control. Originally our house as supposed to take 6 weeks but wound up taking 3 months. Throughout the entire job, James and his team communicated to us a plan with follow up, cost never ever went up and even when there were a few issues, James took care of it. That

I reached out to James almost 6 months ago to get some ball park pricing for a 2 floor remodel I was planning on doing this summer. Since then he has done a great job of checking-in, following up, designing as well as giving advice on what he thinks will work best. We had surveyed over 22 contractors in the area and decided to choose James. Excited to see the work complete and do a post-completion review.

James and his crew are incredibly professional. The crew converted my garage into a living space with an 3/4 bath for my elderly in-laws. They made sure that we were happy with their choices throughout the project and consulted us repeatedly through the project. When we made changes, they were able to switch gears effortlessly and accommodate our changes. The project was finished ahead of schedule and at the agreed price. The only additions to the price were things we asked for. This is the second big project James and his crew have done on our home and we are thrilled with the quality of the work

James and his team did a great job remodeling an old house that had been a rental for years, transforming it into our cozy home. Remodeling this 93 year old house presented some unique problems that James and his team solved with thoroughness and creativity. They stayed on top of permits and ensured they all passed. Their communication was excellent throughout and we’ve recommended them to family and friends without hesitation.

James and his team were hard working and diligent in getting the work done in a timely fashion.
They left the job site clean at the end of each day which made living in the home pleasurable during the construction phase. They showed up when they said they would and worked late if they encountered any issues during the day, so they could stay on schedule. I would recommend James company for any project that you would have around the house.
