I am embarrassed and fault myself for not shopping around more. Our home warranty company assigned a regular maintenance call to Superior HVAC/Spring. Due to a number of verifiable issues, we decided to have the outdoor AC unit, coil, and furnace replaced. The price seemed fair and with a 10 year parts (Carrier) and labor (Superior) warranty, we felt like we were getting a good deal. They installed and we had a number of follow-up items. After numerous text messages and phone calls over the course of 10 weeks (not unreasonable), we were pawned off on a new employee to handle our issue. I contacted

Superior HVAC was phenomenal in regards to communication and service execution. My AC stopped working and I wasn't able to figure out why even after examining my unit, so I called Superior HVAC to provide an accurate examination and the problem was quickly identified.
From there, the technician needed to install a new part to the AC unit, which only took minutes once the proper part was located. Since they have left, there has been no issues. Thanks again.
