This company is by far one of the worst companies I've ever used. They cleaned our pool so when we needed new equipment we went with them. The man that came out was so rude I was disgusted he asked me several times if I would flash him my breasts. I called them immediately and told them what was going on with he technician they sent. They NEVER apologized or took action against this man!!!!!!!! I just recently had problems with the pump they put in so begrudgingly I had to call them back. The owner answered the phone and talked to me like I was a bother to him. Talked down to me and basically

We met with a man..Tom I think ?? about remodeling our pool.We recently purchased this house and have never owned a pool before. He was so condescending when explaining the reasons the current equipment is inefficient. He was the rudest most Arrogant person I have ever encountered. The price was fair but I went with a more expensive company just to avoid the egotism and unprofessionalism of this company. I cannot imagine how these people stay in business.

Would you like to be insulted and talked down to while meeting about maintaining your pool?
If so this is the company for you!!!
The guy first showed up and didn't give me a heads up about the appointment. He then told me everything about my equipment set up was done wrong in a very condescending manner.
Rude rude rude.
He finally quoted me 825$ to replace a timer for the pump and filtration system. Huh?!!?

CCCPools has been taking care of my pool for nearly 5 years. They were a breath of fresh air after the previous pool service turned out to be unreliable.
