Scott has been a fire guy since 1985. Starting out as a pipe fitter and foreman on commercial projects before founding Century Fire Protection in 2000. His vision for the firm and passion for superior customer experiences permeates the entire organization and is what has helped the firm grow to be one of most well respected fire protection companies in the Southeast U.S. with eighteen office locations and over 1500 employees.

ATTENTION: THIS COMPANY DOES NOT FOLLOW COVID PROTOCOLS WHEN THEY ENTER YOUR HOME. STAFF WORE GAITERS, NOT MASKS.
UPDATE: TWO STAFF CAME BACK TODAY FOR THE SEVENTH TIME IN FOUR DAYS. THEY WERE WEARING GAITERS AGAIN. I REFUSED TO LET THEM IN UNTIL THEY HAD PROPER MASKS. THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY, AND I TOLD THEM TO GO TO THE APARTMENT OFFICE TO GET SOME. THEY LIED BECAUSE THEY RETURNED IMMEDIATELY WITH PROPER MASKS. NO INTEGRITY AND NO CARE FOR CUSTOMER HEALTH AND WELLBEING.
They've been entering my apartment twice a day for the last three days and still can't fix the issue they caused when

I used this company at the recommendation of a neighbor - BIG mistake. I called to make an appointment and was told by the woman who took the call that she would check with the person who's name I was given (since a photo of the job had been sent to him), and get back with me. I never heard back, but the next day someone from the company showed up to do the work. I figured it was just a miscommunication in the office and let it go. The guy looked at the job and told me it would probably take him 15 minutes. He was out here for one hour, but I cut him some slack since I assumed it was a bit more

Terrible customer service when trying to get a sprinkler repair completed. No one would call me back or relay messages to appropriate parties. When I finally spoke to whom I was told the service manager and I described issue he just said NO we can come out or not $250 minimum regardless. I reluctantly just said fine. Was told will get back to you in a week or so...wth it's a fire emergency system
