GAP fraud? Purchased a 2008 Honda Accord from this dealership in 2015 or 2016. The car was totaled in an accident in 2018. The remaining balance was $2711. I called the GAP insurance company months within the accident and they said I needed to send my info over. Nothing was done. I then called sometime in 2019 to see what was going on and they told me that my policy had been voided by the dealer. Gave up on taking out a claim for awhile. Then I called the lienholder in Nov 2020 and they told me my GAP claim was pending to payout January 2021. With my credit ruined and attempting to purchase a home
