I was skeptical about hearing aids, and not sure I really wanted one. A friend told me about Jim Means of “Hears to You” hearing aids, and I am so glad he did! Mr. Means patiently gave me quite an education about hearing loss as well as various hearing aid devices. Never once did he pressure me to purchase anything, but simply provided me sufficient information to make an informed decision.
I did purchase a hearing aid, and not only am I happy, my wife is thrilled!
No more saying “WHAT?”

My husband needed hearing aids for the first time and went to this place.
He recommended a hearing aid that requires a mold to be made. The hearing aids were inadequate and he had to wait several years before Medicare would pay again.
Do NOT purchase that type as they are useless.
The next set he got were much better.
I feel it’s wrong to take advantage of seniors who do not have any knowledge about the hearing aids and which are the best for them.
I feel the company is selling what’s more profitable and not what will work best.
