Old stained glass windows are commonly single pane and have a poor insulation value. Like in this picture, we are able to take your old designs and recreate them with an up to date look and feel.

The pattern is etched into the top layer of glass and then glazed together with another unit, making it double pane. Working with the argon in between the glass the unit becomes Energy Star compliant. Call us today and schedule a hassle free estimate. About Us Report

Tri State Custom Windows was originally established in 2001 by Eli Hershberger in Fennimore, WI. After being mentored by Eli and learning the value of Amish handcrafted windows, my brother and I relocated the business to Dodgeville, WI. We manufacture all of our vinyl windows by hand at our shop in Dodgeville and provide a 20 year warranty.

Our Windows Report

Our standard glass type is LoE-366. This type of glass has 3 layers of silver coating, blocking more solar heat gain and harmful ultraviolet rays. Compared to regular glass, LoE-366 reduces heat gain by up to 64%. It also blocks 95% of the sun's damaging UV rays. LoE-366 is manufactured by Cardinal Glass Industries and is one of our many options for glass.

We are so excited for our new windows. Tri State did an awesome job and the guys were responsive, very polite, had great attention to details, cleaned up well after the job, and just overall super nice people! They also had great pricing and it was wonderful that they could custom make our windows to fit our specifications and get us in their calendar quickly. We had estimates from 4 companies (including the big names from radio and tv ads) and these guys won, hands down. Their strength was communication and thinking outside the box. Instead of trying to fit us into their product they made a product that fit us. We saved thousands of dollars and maintained much more of our homes historic appearance.
