Ordered a large picture window from western New York Glass and Door. I had to fly up from Miami the day they were installing it. On time and very professional. This was a big window that was cracked and they meticulously removed it cleaned everything up and installed the new window and they did an absolute perfect job. I would highly recommend this company. The owner personally delt with me, very professional and great deal on the window. Much better than the competition in town by a long shot.

A++ Highly Recommend. Great company and excellent installation team. This company has installed a custom shower door, bathroom mirror, and replaced multiple windows and screens for me. There work is top notch and this is coming from a guy that is extremely fussy. I had some issues with a mirror that I purchased from them they came right out and got it replaced ASAP. The windows that they have recently replaced turned out great and looks like they were never replaced. The installation team is extremely courteous even brought drop cloths to walk on to protect the floors. Thanks to the team at WNY
