For 20+ years, Fosler construction has sought to build one thing better than anyone else: relationships. Established in 1998, we made being "of service" to our community, our commercial construction clients, our subcontractors, and our associates our top priority. Two decades later and we have evolved as a company, extended our services significantly, but have managed to make sure our fundamental values remain unchanged.
Having started with 3 employees as an entirely construction based business doing mostly residential work - Fosler joined the union in 2002 and over the course of 10 years expanded to larger commercial projects. Since expanding to the Rockford union the business doubled each year and quadrupled the team from 10 employees in 2016 to now 40+ dedicated crew members.
In 2017 solar was introduced to Fosler Construction and was the beginning of it's nationwide expansion. Fosler Construction has been a valued asset in fostering relationships in the Illinois market. With Fosler Construction we feel confident bringing projects to a new market with a great business relationship.

Fosler Construction was professional from top to bottom and start to finish on our Solar install.
From the consultation to construction and commissioning of the system they communicated openly and honestly.
Although we had no issues, Fosler followed up more than once to ensure we were satisfied with the product and production of the system.
The “tech” guy was very knowledgeable and walked us through everything on the mobile monitoring application on our phones and even mentioned he was available after hours on his personal line if needed.

Fosler Solar put a 10 kW system on our barn. They finished it up on a cold day at the end of January. I wouldn't have wanted to be working in that kind of weather but they got it done. It was up and running the 6th of February. My ComEd bill is 1/2 of what it was last year this time with only 14 days "online". I'm very pleased with the whole process and would highly recommend them if you are looking to add solar. They have even "partnered" with a financial institution which made financing easy. Our system will pay for itself in only 3 years and after that it is money in our pocket....sorry ComEd

I recently had a 7KW solar panel system installed on my properly. My installation is a ground mounted system. The staff at Fosler Solar is very knowledge about Solar Installations and are pleasant to work with. They start by examining your Electric Bill and design a system that will cover about 90% of your yearly usage. They also have a great finance package that keeps your out of pocket cost to a minimum.
