THE WORST EVER!!!! I had them redo and extend a retaining wall for us a couple of years ago. At first the wall was wonderful, but after the summer rains came, down came the wall. They came out and tried to fix it and repair their screw-ups, but nothing they did worked. Every time we called they said they would come out and fix it. They never showed back up, $5000 later and I still have no wall. It's a complete disaster. Now I am looking to have to tear down the entire wall because of their lack of workman ship. Who puts up a wall and doesn't install a drainage system? I can tell you who

We did not have a good experience. To put it simply, dealing with "Heavenly Oasis landscaping" was more Hell than Heaven. We received very little return for the money we gave them.
The owner (Jon Paxton) started off by showing up 90 minutes late to give an estimate. Then he showed up 2 hours late when it came time to execute the agreement. That should have been enough warning to avoid these folks - but we were stupid and gave him over $7500 to start work on October 3, 2017. They would not commit to an end date but we discussed that the effort would take about 4 - 6 weeks.

I was so happy with the job they did for me 4 years ago that I hired them to do a simple sod patch in job when some of my lawn was killed by TruGreen. How many changes can happen in 4 years to make this company a mess. I was completely disappointed with his service.
He brought out dead sod and admitted he got it at a discount. He told me he'd change it out when sod became available.
