THB is my go-to balancing contractor, when I have a choice. As an engineer in the Boston area, we sometimes hire TAB companies directly to perform pre-construction surveys, not to mention post-construction test and verification. I have always found THB's reports to be thorough but also graphically pleasing. The graphs used make assessment at a glance quick and accurate.
I have also found THB to be flexible for scheduling. For example testing overnight in closed facilities, smoke evacuation testing, short notice sometimes. Those special projects have been well-accommodated.
