First, we have to inspect the problem. How old is the carpet? If it's just the case of not being installed correctly our certified carpet installers can re-install. We can provide pickup before you go to work, meet you at lunch, or after hours with advance notice. Yes we do. All of our service trucks stock cases all the time, just ask one of our service team members.
Oriental, Persian and other fine area rugs, whether constructed of wool, cotton and or silk, should be professionally cleaned every 1 - 3 years, depending on how much traffic they receive. With daily traffic, impacted soils act like sandpaper grinding into these delicate fibers and there is premature wear on the rug.

Using our Hot Water Extraction machines with a specialized closed-head upholstery tool, our experts are able to clean most fabric types including: cotton, wool, nylon, polyester, rayon, silk, microfiber, and ultra-suede. To ensure the life of your furniture, most manufacturers recommend regular maintenance every 9-18 months as it becomes soiled.

Walter was extremely helpful and responsive when coordinating a time and pick up that worked best for me. Proodian adjusted the cost and service for my original Turkish carpet and I could not be happier with the result! Walter was wonderful to work with. Despite being very busy Walter was able to pick up, clean and deliver my carpet back in a week so that it could be in place prior to my furniture arriving. The carpet looks like brand new!

Professional. This is the 2nd time we have used Proodian. We had rugs cleaned/protected and tile floors cleaned/sealed prior to moving into our new home, and an area oriental rug sent out to be cleaned/protected. While expensive, they do a great job and are very good getting difficult stains out. Our rugs don’t look dirty again a month later. Flexible, Walter stays in frequent touch about arrival time or when picking up and dropping off area rugs including a call when he is close to your home. We would recommend him to others.

They were very accommodating and helpful. When they couldn't come on a Saturday due to sick personnel, he made arrangements to come on a Sunday since we were having company coming soon. It was an excellent job and we were very happy with the results, service and price. Highly recommend.
