Seeing a need for a small professional building company in Southern Arizona, Bill Henry, owner and Principal of Henry Design Build, decided to transition from a completely successful custom home building company into an integrated design and build company filling the niche for custom homes, small commercial projects, and major remodels.
Even though Henry Design Build is first and foremost a Design Build company, we will build from mature plans provided by the client or even from a set of stock plans that can be bought from one of the local design firms or architects. This is still the most common practice for building a custom home or commercial building in our area.
Bill Henry, Principal of Henry Design Build, is a graduate of Northern Arizona University where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree. Bill is designated as a Certified Graduate Builder and a Certified Green Professional with the National Association of Homebuilders. Every year he attends classes, symposiums, and workshops that broaden his understanding of new concepts in the construction industry.
Henry Design Build is currently building in Cochise, Pima, and Santa Cruz counties. We build in and around the areas of Benson, Bisbee, Elgin, Hereford, Naco, Sierra Vista, Tombstone, Tucson, Sonoita, as well as their surrounding areas. We are not limited to subdivisions, can build on any vacant land that a client may own, or can also help find that perfect piece of land to start the process.
