I hired All Phase to clear out our blackberry bushes and trim our trees. Every time I hire them, we gain 2-3 more acres of useable space. When they say park-like setting, they aren't joking, its amazing how clean and clear everything looks when they leave. I would highly recommend if you want to clear your land. Troy is responsive and very helpful in explaining what's possible and what's not, so expectations are set and he provided recommendations based on what we wanted. Patty has great follow up on scheduling and anything else logistical. I couldn't be more pleased with their services.

After being evacuated due to the Jones Fire in 2020, I had All Phase Land Clearing open up the heavily forested and overgrown remaining three acres of my nine-acre parcel. This area hadn't been cleared since the house was built in 1989, although I had moved there in 1997. From my initial meeting with the owner to the crew showing up for work, I was exceptionally pleased with the communication and result. The land now has a park-like feel that looks manicured not decimated. And care was taken to preserve the creek (and adjoining plants) that runs through my property.

Every aspect of our experience with All Phase, from the initial contact to the end of project was fantastic.
We contacted two other vendors who either didn't show up to do an estimate, or even show up to do the job. All Phase was the ultimate example of how any business should be run. Courteous, on-time, up front with expectations, and superior work. Our General Contractor was blown away by the quality of their work, and has begun recommending them himself.

Troy's crew have worked on our acreage for the past two winters clearing brush and thinning trees. Troy helpfully suggested the best areas to clear for fire safety. His crew was remarkable as they worked quickly and in a coordinated effort to get much more accomplished than we expected. Pines were thinned out as well and a masticator was used effectively to clear underbrush. We appreciated that Troy was here in the mornings to clarify the days work.
We would recommend All Phase Land Clearing to anyone seeking a more fire safe space and/or, a more park-like setting!

The Team that showed up on time everyday and started working right away was amazing. I admit that I became tired myself from watching them work so hard. Everyone had a specific job to do and no-one was just sitting around. They worked together like a fine tuned machine. I was impressed with the quickness and efficiency the job was completed. I had 3 acres and a ton of brush to clean. All the limbs and small trees(manzanita) were ground down to chips and spread nicely. The final product I was left with is pretty Amazing! Now my 4 yr old son with Leukemia can look out from the window and see the

We had a great experience with Troy, Ryan, and their team. Right from the start, Troy asked helpful questions and provided extremely useful guidance for our project (clearing and thinning 2 acres). All Phase stood out compared to the other LTOs I spoke with in terms of price and services offered. The work was completed in a timely manner, and Troy was great about checking in throughout. Great company to work with. Very professional and did an excellent job. I was promised a park like setting on a very overgrown area of land I own and got exactly that. They did some extra work too since they finished early and even charged me less than the given quote. And of course were fire safe with keeping the work area wet. Would highly recommend All Phase!

We had a very good experience with All Phase removing three pine trees from our property. Job included using a large crane to safely remove the trees close to buildings. Having their own logging transport truck resulted in log removal same day as cutting. Job site left clean. Workers all wore appropriate safety equipment and removal process was observed as very professional with adherence to strict safety protocols. Would use them again.
