An annual chimney inspection is the first step in determining that your fireplace is in proper working order and is as important as the annual cleaning, if not more so. Middle Georgia Chimney Sweeps LLC offers professional chimney inspections on three different levels as prescribed by the National Fire Protection Association code.

Chimney Fires Report

Chimney fires can burn explosively - noisy and dramatic enough to be detected by neighbors or people passing by. Flames or dense smoke may shoot from the top of the chimney. Homeowners report being startled by a low rumbling sound that reminds them of a freight train or low flying airplane. However, those are only the chimney fires you know about.

Very professional, from the first contact to to the last. Everything was also done by COVID 19 guidelines. We had an inspection done and found out we did not need a sweep, which was nice. Time was taken to answer any questions we had and things were explained in a way we could understand them. Even though it was his last stop for the day, we did not feel rushed. We will be using them again in the future.
