Bad customer service ,lady no even says good morning.talking with attitude .it was my first and last time.some businesses do not get it .curstomer service is key to survive in this new economic.

They are pretty good not gonna lie, small store, mostly friendly not always though and helpful in telling you what you need but might try to sell you extra supplies to make sales

Ive been buying chemicals from their store for years and their prices are the most reasonable. In addition, if I ever have any questions regarding chemicals or equpiment, they are always helpful and informative! Last summer i needed to replace both my heater and two pumps. Not only was Oakes professional and helpful with teaching me how to use the new equipement but they also gave me a great deal! Ill never use never use any other pool company.

We have been using Oakes for the past 10 years. They have consistently maintained our pool and made numerous repairs on our old heater. We have been particularly impressed with Don's ability to make repairs rather than just sell us new components. I refer to our heater, pump and Polaris. The men are very experienced and accommodating. They return regularly for routine maintenance. Also, I have recommended Oakes to my friends and family and they all share the same experience. Top notch service from a top notch company. The owner is very nice and does his best to fix things before replacing them. Oake's does a great job maintaining my pool and my water is always clean and well balanced. This is my second summer using them and i am very pleased!
