They installed our NTI broiler in March of 2019 for the previous owners. 1 week after the warranty ended it went into failure and cost almost $200 for Ryan to come and fix it because they wouldn't warranty their work. Not even a year later same failure happened. Called them since we had no heat and couldn't even get a call back! Found a guy in Sandpoint to come up four days later and it cost us another $500 because it turns out the unit wasn't installed correctly in the first place! Ryan made it clear he didn't want to install that system in the beginning but did it anyway and it's cost us $700

We had a problem with our Radiant floor heater. I called the number listed on the heater unit, they came up. looked some things over, told me "he wasn't sure what was wrong," spent 45 minutes to 1 hour giving me this information that 2-3 different things could be wrong with it. Then handed me a bill for $450!!!!
I had previous experience with Ryan from Pro Max, and went on a determined hunt to find him, which forutately I was able to and when I called, he came out immediately, found the problem in 2 minutes, fixed it, spent another hour or so checking several other areas and charged us almost

I called Ryan for help rebuilding my old Wirsbo in floor heating system. Several other firms had come out and couldn't figure out what to do. Ryan quickly assessed the problems, figured out a solution and got the work done quickly and professionally. His team did a professional job and everything is working great.
