They installed 12 panels over three years ago and the system is performing exceptionally well. Recently asked to add six more panels in anticipation of a new EV and will be charging it at home. Work was done in a very timely manner very good price. No need to turn off the electricity or wait for PG&E.

We reached out to the company to get documentation related to installation that happened in 2016 (by the prev. owner) for our home loan re-finance. The house when we purchased came with solar. Joe Feng responded very quickly and took care of the documentation we needed. It goes without saying these guys dedication to help customers even though its not benefiting them at the moment. If I were to add more panels, I will for sure reach out these guys, no doubt.

Fantastic solar company! We researched a list of companies and selected a handful to contact for quotes. Rise & Shine Solar was not actually on our list originally, due to a lack of reviews, but we serendipitously saw their truck in our neighborhood, and are so glad! Details were explained thoroughly during site visit, and we were able to call/text any questions we had at all hours. They had the best price and fastest install (next closest quote was 4 weeks total time, longest was 6 months). We signed on a Wed, and they started install the following Monday. City inspection, permits, all taken care

I wanted wait a year before deciding on my review. The reason for my wait was I wanted to see if the solar system would deliver the promised amount. After the system is accepted by PG&E the electricity portion of the bill immediately drops to zero with the exception of the $10 a month connection fee and at the end of a year you are given a "true-up" bill from PG&E. If you used more than you produced you make a payment. If you produced more than you used you receive a credit. I must say after a year of use and using my air conditioner throughout the summer my solar still produced

Having a problem with my solar. Called and had the owner out to help me correct the problem within 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable and starting to fix the problem immediately. I would highly recommend them.
