I am absolutely thrilled with my new spa! Chase and Brad Poe did a fantastic job getting it in in the space available. They also were very meticulous about making sure I understood how to operate it. Then surprise surprise they actually cleaned up you would never know they were even here except for that new hot tub! Thank you all.

Chase and Brad Poe of fierce construction were amazing! They installed our spa and gave us so much great information about how to keep it running smoothly and well. I was really nervous about the maintenance of our systems and feel completely confident after the time they took to explain everything.
Besides that they just seem like super great guys and we enjoyed having them for the time it took to get the things set up.

Mikey was awesome! He came out for the site survey and was so nice. He and Dustin were very professional and meticulous installing the 15x8 ft Swim Spa. The fence, I was so worried about, was put back in place and looks great. I highly recommend Atlas and ask for Mikey to do the install. We can’t wait to get it filled and start using it.

My wife and I looked at the Atlas Spas and Swim Spas at the State Fair of Texas this year. We had always wanted to get a hot tub and have looked at them on occasion over the past.

My husband and I have been going to the Texas State Fair for over 40 years. We have always enjoyed seeing the Hot Tub Spa companies and their products. We met Aleena at the hot tub expo in Fort Worth Texas. She was incredible. Very knowledgeable of all the products on display and everything else the company had to offer including rebates and packages to help get your spa set up. Aleena took her time with my family today, letting us get in to try out several of the spas on display. She never once rushed us or pushed us to purchase a bigger or more expensive product. I really appreciated how she listened to my family's needs, wants, and concerns. She was able to find us the perfect hot tub within our budget. She also explained very thoroughly

We bought our hot tub in May or June of 2020. Unfortunately, outside of the first couple of days, our experience with Atlas Spas has been very poor.
1) We ordered a lift for the cover. On 2 separate occasions, the lift wasn't delivered and installed (e.g., A). Showed up but didn't have the parts to install B). They rescheduled a few weeks out & it was then out of stock. We didn't find out until the day of when I called them). Keep in mind, reschedules take a minimum of 1-2 weeks. I ended up just cancelling the order.
2) We had our electrician come out because our brand

I absolutely love my storage building!! About to buy another one a little smaller! They recommended one that I absolutely love! Great, friendly, no pressure. I enjoyed working with them so much I went and purchased a hot tub from their hot tub store by Cavendars. I'm recommending Atlas to my neighbors that want a hot tub. Thanks Atlas!!

Does not keep word. I do not recommend. Was told credit was approved, erected the structure then said creditor needed more information. Uses angry approach and threats of lawyers. Unprofessional. I had asked several times for warranty information and finally received information about 1 year warranty from William (the owner). There is nothing about the 10 years mentioned verbally. They were finally paid in full rather than deal with the hassle of their credit company. For storage buildings, people need to seriously look at other options. They have several other branches, one on HWY 31
