I want to share a most positive experience I just had with ROUSE Door Company.
Recently we had "another" Garage Door Company come to provide routine service on the garage door, tracks, etc. Before they did anything, they began pressuring me to replace both springs... claiming they were cheap and would fail with a few weeks. The service representative was high pressure and quoted me a price that was more than twice what I paid before. Since I had not had any issues with the springs, I sent this garage door repair man on his way .... Paying the minimum for a service call ...... for which

I left a message with Rouse Door in the evening. Mr. Rouse called back within 15 minutes same evening, set up a service call for the next morning, showed up on time and fixed our garage door quickly. He also made some adjustments to the locking mechanism so it worked better. Excellent service, easy to work with.

I was really impressed by the way Rouse got here very quickly after I described my door problem over the phone, got to work on it and had the right stuff in his truck to do the job right. Very reasonably priced. He is obviously very knowledgeable in garage door repairs. I'm glad he left a sticker near our garage door button so I will know who to call for any future garage door issues!

Excellent prompt service. One of our garage door springs broke suddenly today. He came and replaced both springs ,as he had recommended to me on the phone and checked the garage door opener within an hour of my call. He was very personable , and advised us the electric opener was wearing out but was still good for awhile and did not need to be replaced right now. The quoted fee was what was charged $245 and the same as another garage door repair company I had called. Highly recommended.

Worst garage door company ever
Prices were way too high. He started to try to sell me a new door when I didn't even need one
I got an estimate from him and I called out three other companies which said that his prices were way too high
He kept mumbling and stuttering like he didn't know what he was talking about and when I asked him the same question twice, his answer has changed 2 different times

I had this business replace a garage door spring on mother's house and asked them to send the receipt to my house in the bay area.The repair guy said he would have the office gal send it. I called back 3 times and the gal said she would send it to my house. Its been a month and I have received nothing. I do not recommend this business because they are liars that just shine you off after they have your money!

Mr. Rouse gave me great personal service and worked with me to find a convenient time for both of us. He called 30 minutes before arriving, so I had time to leave work and meet him. The work was done diligently and professionally. The phone number listed on Yelp is incorrect. Call him at (916) 645-1709. He will answer.

Years ago, the spring broke on one of our garage doors. Rouse came out punctually and repaired it. The rate was great. He left us a sticker with his information for any future mishaps. When the cable broke on our garage door recently, I called Rouse, he answered and he came out the same afternoon. Fixed it in no time at all! Great service! I will recommend him to all my friends.

We had an accident where our garage door started coming down while backing the car out of the garage. In addition to damage to the car the bottom panel of the garage door was also damaged. I contacted Rouse Door Company and the owner arrived at my house within the hour. He examined the door and then told me that he could fix it for $75.
