I cannot say enough positive things about this business. The crew not only scheduled to accomodate my girlfriends schedule and work after hours but they did so while working a 14 hour day. They cleaned her sons carpet which honestly probably should have been replaced but they brought it back to life and made it look almost new again. These guys are the real deal and 10/10 would recommend and use again!

I scheduled a cleaning for an 8x10 wool rug with stain removal and was originally quoted $159. When the service was complete, there was an additional $70 fee for “stain removal”. This should have been included in the original quote, but whatever – they are much less expensive than other rug cleaners in Atlanta.

Michael is so helpful, respectful and nice, that has definitely made me a repeat customer, not to mention the quality of the carpet cleaning. I'm already having them come back for another job. Mike the manager was really great he was able to work me into their packed full schedule with very late notice from me. Then he was very quick about calling me and letting me know that his technician had an opening and was able to get to me in the morning rather than the late afternoon. Joseph the technician was on time and extremely nice and very knowledgeable and did a tremendous job on our carpets. He made our 17 year old carpets look new. I called this company on friday after my puppy peed on my couch. The smell was horrendous and I was in desperate need of someone cleaning my couch and my rug. When I tell you this company is my savior! I’ve had companies clean my area rug before but it never got the stains out. My carpet looks brand new! As far as my couch, i’m so glad he was able to get the job done. Where do I Start? I called another company prior to K&C chem dry who canceled on me twice! It was a nightmare but When I reached out to K&C they saved the day :) Michael (my technician) made sure that he took care of me and stuck to his word of showing up when he said he would. He was extremely knowledgeable. He was on time. The job did not take long and he cleaned up after leaving. The best part is that my furniture is clean and looks amazing!! This company just finished cleaning my carpet on the top and bottom floor. It is the best it's looked since I moved into my home five years ago. They are amazing. They took their time and cleaned every spot, along the baseboards, etc. as long as they are in business I will never use anyone else. Use them the next time you need your carpet cleaned.
