From the reviews it sounds like these folks are very good at what they do. When we spoke on the phone I immediately felt comfortable with their professionalism. However, they did not show up for an estimate nor did they return my phone calls. It can happen often in this business so why the negative review? Well, they called me 3 or 4 weeks later to apologize saying they had a medical issue. Me being a Lieutenant/Paramedic with FDNY, I can understand. But they did it it again. They scheduled another estimate, canceled it again saying they were to busy. Things happen so bygones right? They put me
