I would not do business with these folks. I called the local number on their website for the Fort Wayne location. They transferred me to what sounded like a national call-center. They put me on hold again and all I wanted was to ask some questions to a Sales Rep. I called once and never got a call back. I called back a month later and each time I was told that I "had to act fast because the deal would expire by week's end". That can't be true because I'm told that each time I call. Everything seemed fine at first. Installation was OK. But I never received my RECS rebate. It has been almost a year now! They stopped returning emails. They never were transparent about this process either. This was over $7,500 too so it totally screws the value of a solar roof. I thought they were good but they look like crooks.

Incredible service, supreme product. First solar panels to go up in my neighborhood and we had to adjust the bylaws of the HOA to accommodate. This is the worse company I have ever worked for. The manger is always late and or just doesn't come in. Has a I don't care about attitude. You will always feel belittled by her. She's will disappear for hours at a time and will constantly make you feel bad about yourself. She doesn't work and puts all the pressure on employees to make an appt. and if something goes wrong with the appt the employees will be to blame for no reason. She will always interrupt you while you are in the phone with a customer. She thinks she always right and when she's wrong she will not apologize

Modern mill is an excellent company to go with if you’re interested in solar. They were able to get my job finished in less than two months, and once they were done with it I was happy with the result. If anyone is looking for solar I definitely recommend modern mill. The staff is super friendly and they are very helpful.

to introduce us to the ins and outs of solar. His thorough and straightforward approach made our decision to go ahead with solar installation an easy one.
The installation process that unfolded during the following months did encounter a few setbacks, due primarily to unforeseen issues with the location of our air conditioning unit. Modern Mill handled each issue for us as timely as possible.
We are now enjoying the financial results that we see on our
monthly electric bill and are also happy that we decided to " go green
