Amazing service and would 100% recommend! Called this morning for an issue with our toilet. They showed up in 20 minutes, checked out the situation and gave me suggestions on what to do before we go ripping things apart. They gave us honest feedback on the best methods to conduct repairs, as well as excellent advice on products to use. We called Anne Arundel Plumbing when we saw water leaking from our ceiling. They came in less than 2 hours from my first phone call! Other companies were telling us it would be a 2 to 4 day wait. Once here they were very efficient at diagnosing the issue and fixed the problem fast! Very reasonable price!! We will definitely use them again!!

The day I called, the owner listened to my problem and sent his son to come look at what was causing the leak. The responsiveness, professionalism, and quality work are all worth reviewing here. Jeff replaced a sink faucet so our kids can finally turn on and off the water without struggling and more. Thank you for all of your help and fair pricing. Highly recommend! I called on new years eve about my sump pump, they were out here within roughly 2 hours, and fixed my problem in about 40 minutes. Made sure to explain everything to me in full detail, and showed me what the problem was and what I was paying for. As long as I am able to use them, they will be my first call.

I called Anne Arundel Plumbing to repair a leaking tub spout and to correct low water pressure in my shower. Scheduling the appointment was easy and they did not charge a fee to come out and assess the situation. They quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me that both of my shower diverters had lifetime warranties and advised me to call the… manufacturer to get the parts at no cost. When I advised Jeff that I could not reach a representative at the manufacturer, he immediately contacted one of his suppliers who contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and I received the parts a few days

During "Stage 1" of this Covid mess I needed a plumber. I knew I had a stoppage and called several companies. The owner of Anne Arundel Plumbing took the time to hear what the problem was and his son showed up within an hour (I'm sorry I don't remember names). In a very short time the drain was clear with an extremely satisfied customer.
I was quoted an excellent price over the phone and that's what I was charged.
I found a contractor who does things the right way. Family owned and a huge asset to their community.
