You've come to the right place! We have been building speculative and custom homes in northwest Louisiana since 2006.
In the summer of 2020, Vintage Homes debuted a collection of four cottages on Woodberry Avenue in Provenance Community. All four cottages were under contract in just over 30 days before the slabs were even poured! In April of 2021, we officially broke ground on Phase II of these cottages which included fourteen new homes.
Vintage Homes provides large scale renovations and remodels in Shreveport-Bossier City. We also have experience handling extensive renovation in historical areas such as the South Highlands neighborhood. These homes feature extraordinary finishes, highly customized house plans and guidance from interior designers.
We take projects from raw land to fully developed projects that are ready to sell, build on, or enjoy for recreational use. Our staff can assist in the appraisal, engineering, local approval process, wetland study, budget creation, and oversight of the land improvements. We oversee the development of neighborhoods like Provenance, Lucien Field Estates, The Grove at Garrett Farm and Riverscape.

Vintage Construction Group, particularly Justin Sevier and Thomas Johnson did construction for my new pediatric clinic. They were amazing! From start to finish, they were professional, caring and thorough. Not only was their work exceptional, but they kept to the time frame and cost as promised. It was a pleasure working with them.
