I hired this company to complete an air duct cleaning in my newly purchased home. Upon opening my ducts and air handler it was found to have mold. While this was a surprise Immanuel and Roman said they could handle it. From the before and after they did a great job with the cleaning and servicing of my unit.
However, I have removed 2 stars due to the condition they left my home. They left a bag of trash downstairs, which normally wouldn’t be an issue. However upon entering my attic after they left, where they were completing majority of the job, I found it littered with trash and debris. And

Very happy with their service and their attitude! The 2 gentlemen that came to clean our havoc system were polite, pleasant courteous, clean and efficient!
They described what the process of the cleaning and what they where gonna use and do and worked fast and efficiently.
Because they gave us a window of time for the appointment, they gave us the 20-min heads call as promised so that we would be home and available for the cleaning.
Loved that they put in effort to keep my floors clean - they had these cute little shoe covers which they used to cover their shoes each time they entered the house

I am extremely satisfied with the work that Emmanuel and his assistant Roman performed on my 2 A/C / heating units and laundry vent today. Both were very diligent and went the extra mile to make sure that all of my vents and returns are clean. They were very respectful and wore shoe covers inside the house. Roman even went so far as to ask me whether he could use the bathroom. I thought it was unnecessary but a very polite gesture!

Imanuel was amazing to work with. He educated us on our entire system. I was shocked to see the before and after pictures of our duct work. Scary what we were breathing. I upgraded and had our blower and heating unit cleaned as well as having the disenfectant sprayed in the system. Our unit looked like it was cleaned with a toothbrush by the time he was done .Showed us before and after pictures of every duct he cleaned. Was nice to see an honest worker.

Imanuel was very professional, and thorough. Really went above and beyond to make sure all the ducts were clean, sanitized, and that all the equipment in the HVAC system was in good condition. He even fixed some joints that had come loose. Took the time to answer my questions and explain the process, and show me before and afters. The whole house smells great now! Visible difference.
The team is very responsive to calls and returns messages promptly.

One of the best experiences I have ever had with a company. Before and after each section was done I was there when all pictures were taken! and a suggested service of disinfection was recommended and I did pay for separately. If you are offered this please buy it. The supply duct was coated in nicotine type grease and small dirt fibers. The smell is gone. This was a smokers home. It is unbelievable how this company got it all cleaned out in a very timely manner!!
