Great experience. Used them in 2020 when we needed to move my son out of his dorm at the last minute when campus was shutting down. They were very easy to deal with and the space was clean and convenient. Just booked again for this summer and will use them next summer as well. Good people who run a good facility.

We had to get a second unit elsewhere as it was student time there wasn’t the space we needed available. We paid $5 less a month at 1st choice. Kevin had reassured early on that his storage units were the best because they were built differently from others. We moved out of both units today. Our items stored at 1st choice were in perfect condition. The other storage, items had gotten wet and not from under the door as the drive is slopes down to prevent water getting in. Water leaks in through the roof just as he warned us happens at other places.
