For the past two decades, each year has brought challenges and opportunities eagerly met by YRP. As the Low Country has seen dramatic growth in the past twenty years, Year Round Pool Company, likewise has adapted to the changing landscape. Our modest beginnings on Hilton Head Island consisted of cleaning existing pools with only one vehicle in the early eighties.

Our custom in-house design staff can easily guide you from the engineering and design phase, through the installation and construction of your project. We are able to efficiently construct our unique pool and spa developments because we subcontract out only a very small part of any job. Critical: Professionalism
We called Year Round Pool to check out a maintenance issue. We asked them to call back to set a time so we could meet with them, instead they just showed up, did nothing and hulled us $200. This had been our experience with them over and over. They are a rip off.

From the beginning, this company far exceeded every other company we received a quote from. Construction was timely and efficient, even during a time where materials and crews were subject to covid hold backs. Our salesman Jason was awesome to work with, the construction supervisor Craig did everything he could to help the project along the way. We signed our contract in December 2020, dig day was April 2021 and we were swimming before the 4th of July. Thank you to all the crews for getting us our first pool!

This company really has issues. They installed my pool and it was not a good experience. They currently clean it as well but communication is always an issue. left hand does not talk to the right.
They love to just show up when they feel like it and expect you will be home or sitting around waiting for them.
God forbid they ever schedule anything with you.

We inherited an older Hot Tub from family that had a small leak and no cover. I spoke with Danielle and she was able to get a cover ordered for us in the color we want along with discuss the leak with the repair staff to get us an answer. Thankfully it just needed a new light cover to stop the leak! Now we can enjoy fresh hot tub always set to the right temperature and the right amount of chemicals thanks to the staff at Year Round Pool! Keep it up team!

Pentair contacted Year Round Pool to fix my warranty pool issues. The service team called me, set up an appointment the next day. Jimmy came out, identified the problem, gathered what he needed, and came back the very next day and repaired all the issues. I can't say enough about how great they were. Another company from Beaufort SC that I first contacted ( not a bright idea, on my part ) .......get it........couldn't figure it out, and made a bigger mess than what I started with. Jimmy spent the time to realize not only what my problem was from the start, but how the other company made

We went into Year Round Pool in Bluffton to look at hot tubs. We did not have much knowledge or experience of the different kinds of hot tubs. Danielle was amazing at explaining (and sometimes the same concept multiple times) to really ensure we knew the differences. She also then made recommendations based on our needs and family size. I did not feel pressured at all and that she was truly making recommendations that were best for our family. Do yourself a favor,Do not buy anything from this company!!! In January of 2019 I purchased a $400.00 pool pump.Upon delivery in the winter, I put the box in the garage.Yesterday I opened the box to install and discoved concealed damage probably due to transit.The motor was damaged.Mr.Richard Morrow,the owner said he would send me a replacement plastic motor cover.Upon unscrewing the motor cover I discovered that the motor metal casting that secures the electrical connection was broken off. Their response was that we only guarantee the purchase for 30 days! Shame on me for not opening the box in
