Trey and his team with Cramer’s Heating / Air Conditioning have replaced our two Units at the house and installed two smart thermostats. They showed up 15 minutes early, worked straight through until finished and we are very happy with the job they did. Trey went the extra mile to help us register and fully understand how to operate our new systems. Great solid work at a very good price point against all the competition.

Trey was very quick to respond when our old AC was just not able to keep up in the middle of the summer heat wave. He had his guys come out and install a new unit on a day and time that accommodated us. They were on time, very nice, professional,and didnt waste any time removing the old one and getting the new one up and running! They did a great job, very pleased!

Trey Cramer Knows his business. He is always on time, and has helped me in any weather. I recommend Trey to anyone. He rented a home I own for some YEARS, and left much it better than he found it.. and it was already in good shape when he moved in.. But, that is the kind of Man that Trey is. This is a Quality Person, and you’re lucky to have him. I have known this man for 10 years.. he has done all of my heat and A/C work, he’s rented my House...

I was facing some drama with another local AC company who refused to stand behind their “repairs”. As a small business owner, this was costing me money on both ends. A friend of mine recommended Cramer’s, and I gave them a shot. Cramer’s really came through! I don’t usually write reviews, but these guys are life savers! They charged me a fair price and straightened out the mess that the last guy made. AC’s been great since and I’ll be using Cramer’s again when my home AC goes out.

Called Cramer’s this morning when my heat went out . The owner Trey was at my house in thirty minutes . The heater was 27 years old and had rusted out . One hour later two other guys arrived with a new heater and changed it out in a couple hours . They took it in and out of the attic like it was no problem . I’d recommend calling them , the were very polite and efficient
