I just moved from CA to OR. I had a good feeling about Mammoth Moving from the moment I met Sean. He was friendly, clear, knowledgeable, and I trusted him. I had several interactions with the team members preparing for the move - all great. Evan was the driver and foreman for my job. He was excellent. All the mover were good. I was as happy at the completion as I was at the beginning. Fair pricing and excellent service. I'd choose them again.

Recently our Condo Association advised us that our upstairs balcony and walkway was going to be resurfaced. Years of accumulated pots, patio furniture, and my lifelong rock collection, many over fifty pounds, had to be moved. I called Mammoth Moving. Not the biggest job for them but they treated me so. Walter in the office arranged two movers and rolling carts to hold my items. They then wheeled them into my carport to store until the move back upstairs which was two weeks later. Had these guys come into our office space to hang a bunch of art. They were fast and efficient and very conscientious of not making a lot of noise, or a big mess. They perfectly aligned the different art pieces and had great awareness as to where they would look best on the wall.
They also helped us move into our new office space back in May of 2020 and their assistance was vital to a successful move. They helped us label and bag all of our computers, electronics, and belongings and ensured that everything made it to the correct workstation on the other side. They really have this streamlined

We were recommended to try Mammoth by a competitor who did not have the resources to take care of our large move. Mammoth was a little slow to give us the estimate we needed in the format we could fully understand, but after that hiccup did a superb job to take care of a major job. The contents of the 14,000 square foot house had to be separated into separate consignments for 4 different destinations, but everything arrived at the proper location. There was an immense amount of packing required, but Mammoth's many friendly packers over many days were careful & efficient in professionally

I highly recommend Mammoth Movers in Santa Barbara, Ca. We called on a Friday and spoke with Walter. He set up a moving truck for the next day to help us move large furniture to the Santa Ynez area. The driver Ricky and his assistant Leonard were highly efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely courteous. I recommend Mammoth Moving for all of your moving needs.

We recently used Mammoth Moving & Storage to move from Santa Barbara to Arizona. The team were professional and efficient from initial contact and quoting to the completion of the moving process. They were diligent in packing and wrapping to ensure no damage to either the furniture or walls and doorways of the home.
I was able to make a direct comparison to the moving company the people vacating our new home used. They missed their appointment by two days, parked the truck 5 miles away to shuttle back and forth, and took an entire day to complete. In fact the direct opposite to the service Mammoth

We had an office move that seemed overwhelming with all the coordination and limited down time. Thankfully we contacted Mammoth Moving who were able to schedule a move on a weekend in our time frame; the team of movers were courteous, hard working, good natured, and strong! The team from Mammoth Moving was outstanding and totally professional. They knew how to carefully handle and pack all of our fragile and precious furniture, art, antiques, and other items, many sentimental, and they were a joy to work with (easily some of the nicest and most respectful people we've met). They packed two households (my mother's and ours) the week of Thanksgiving, in Santa Barbara County, and delivered everything in one piece to Washington State. We were thrilled with Mammoth Moving on all accounts. Sean was awesome and worked with my budget. We were able to pick up used boxes from Mammoth as well, so we could pack ahead of time. On moving day, Robert and Devanté were amazing! Robert called when they were on their way from the warehouse so we knew they were coming. Both of them were kind, courteous, and very hard workers. With lots of unusual requests on my part, and needing exact dates for load and unload, Sean did everything in his power to meet my needs, and went above and beyond to make this whole process smooth and easy.. and any questions I had were answered with only a text message away with a response almost immediately!
Then there are his employees. By far the best bunch of guys I have yet to work with!! Extremely meticulous, polite and worked above expectation in extremely warm humid

Terrible experience with Mammoth. I preface this by saying I have nothing against the movers themselves, just employees probably making under 3x less than what they charge per hour, and nice guys. Items intact, also.
So I get a "quote" for a local Goleta move from a 2 bedroom apartment (1,000 sqft), 5 minutes from pickup to delivery location, all within Goleta. 140/hr is the "quote." Everything had already been boxed up and disassembled by me in advance. I even took a lot of stuff downstairs in advance, safe for larger stuff. So I figure 2 hrs tops. Nope! 4 hrs.

The Mammoth Team receives all Hardsurface pallet, and Carpet roll deliveries for my flooring business. We receive very large deliveries throughout the week, sometime 6+ per day, and either Sean or someone from his staff is always ready and available to make sure these valuable materials are in proper condition, and come off safely. They label, catalogue, and organize our materials in preparation of my crews arrival to pick up day of installation. It's a very organized operation, and is a very important part of keeping my jobs moving smoothly. Thanks Mammoth!

Mammoth Moving is really a 10 STAR company!!! This was a difficult move for me, as I left Santa Barbara, CA to live in the Seattle area. From my 1st meeting with Sean to the final day of the move with Evan in charge, these gentlemen were professional, kind, gentle, extremely dependable and took great care with my belongings. Sean and his crew are awesome!
I called them for a rather unique sort of job on Father's Day just a few days before. We needed them to move about 10 pieces of a very large and heavy (500lbs+) set piece from Santa Barbara to be brought to LA for filming, and then taken back to Santa Barbara, about a 12 hour day.
Sean didn't even bat an eye at the unusual request and even made sure that we got some camera-ready movers who agreed to be on camera. He answered all of the questions the owner of the set piece had about transporting, and was courteous and profession the entire time.

My last review of Mammoth was for our move from Santa Barbara to San Francisco. This time it's for our move back down from SF. Another five-star job. Moving from SF is not easy as there is limited parking and lots of traffic. The guys did a great job and even dealt with our 48 stair walk-up. All items delivered as scheduled with no damage. Highly recommended.
