Never again in my life, I’m a single mom freaking struggling to get by working midnights and they clearly seen the dumpster was empty, I was nvr told a date to be picked up and I walk outside and the empty dumpster is gone that I jus paid almost 300 not even 7 days prior… I literally took the weekend off to pack and clean out this house and they totally screwed me …. I thought this was place I had rented from b4 but it wasn’t and boy nvr again…. Even if I wld have had to pay extra days I would have …. But they wanted to haul away an empty dumpster…. Karma always comes back aroundâ€

Very costly, but so are the other companies in the area.No discounts for Veterans or seniors people with fixed incomes can't afford it even if we need it. Need another solution to the garbage problem and extortion problem in New Castle PA.

By far the very worst customer service I have ever experienced. They provided the product on time, but damaged my personal property. When I approached them with the issue; I was met with hostility and a very bad attitude. I called several times, spoke with with more than one owner and every time I was blown off. I submitted a BBB complaint and they are disregarding this as well. Next stop, small claims court. I will never use or recommend this company!

I called Bryan for a dumpster and gave him general direction where to put it my driveway. They put it to where I could still drive my cars in at night then open the door in the day. Very easy to get ahold of and pickup quickly when we where done. Wouldn't hesitate too call again when we need one.

Very nice while taking your 245.00 payment , you think at that time they could of said if you need for additional week because if holiday weekend or whatever CALL us the day before we are scheduled to pick it up!! Or maybe a courtesy call when they go to get it and it’s not full and there are several contractors bags sitting in the curb to be loaded —and say hey we notice your dumpster isn’t full would you like it for an additional week we also notice several bags beside it that I’m SURE your planning on throwing in your 1/2 full dumpster but NO and WOW deliver late in the day but pick

They dropped off a dumpster with roaches all through it. When I called to resolve the issue, I was told to get a can of raid and spray around the dumpster.
Obviously I didn't want to open the door and go into it after seeing them. So we didn't get full use out of the dumpster.

Ordered for a week after 5 days they came to pick it up made us pay more to keep it we had no choice being the demo for the job wasn't done. Will never use them again would rather pay children in the street to get rid of my trash than use him. That's robbery without a gun. I will be contacting the BBB and getting lawyer for false advertising

If I could give zero stars or negative stars, I would. After a long standing relationship with this company, I have decided to never use them again. I asked for a two week rental and they picked it up after a week. Told me if I wanted it for another week I would have to pay again. I even verified with them beforehand that it was for 2 weeks. Then decided to tell me "sorry about your luck". Im not sure who is running this now, but he is apparently a thief. They also left trash all over the street when they took the dumpster.

Absolutely APPAULING company and even worse owner. Whiting and his employees are very rude and unprofessional. He proceeded to get into a verbal argument with me and was unbelievably rude. I wouldn’t call him for services if he was the last in town. Word to New Castle, this is why green dumpsters are everywhere, cause they’re actually a reputable company. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT call this rude, ignorant owner for poor services.
