I called Sam when my tenant had a spider and ant problem. They were on-site the very next day. I was very impressed with their prompt service as well as the price! My tenant has a newborn baby and that was a concern to me and the tenant as to how they would handle the treatment. They educated me and the tenants on best practices and gave us both peace of mind in the matter of treatment options. I can't thank you guys enough! My tenant no longer calls me and that makes me happy! I will recommend you to anyone I hear having a pest problem.
