I have lived in this home for years and have never used the fireplace! Wanted to make sure everything was safe and contacted A&A Chimney Sweeps to have it cleaned. Darren came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. Amazed at the attention to detail including making sure that area was completely covered/protected. I had no idea the equipment needed to do the job or the camera they use to be able to check the entire inside structure of the fireplace all the way to the top! Some minor repairs were needed on the grout inside the box and when he was finished I feel very safe in using it this

Great service! Darren was fantastic explaining all of the issues with our fireplace. He offered excellent customer service, and he explained all of the different options with the estimate. We will use A&A Chimney Sweeps in the future, and we will tell our friends about our great experience.

Great service! Shane was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He checked everything thoroughly and was able to give me an estimate with payment options. He called before arriving and was able to complete the work in the time estimated. Shane was awesome! The ladies who scheduled the appointment were super friendly. Great customer service!

Did some google hunting, looked at reviews, and very glad I used A&A for my chimney needs. Just bought this house a few weeks ago and noticed a leaking coming from the chimney after rain one weekend. Shane came and inspected all of my concerns, was very knowledgeable and informational with me on all the questions I had. Shane also gave me a priority list of where I should begin since this is my first time owning a home. He was super quick with all the repairs and recommendations going forward. Shane and this company has gained a loyal customer for life now! Looking forward to them coming back out

Highly recommend this place! Darren was very knowledgeable, professional, and he was sweet to my puppy. : ) He did a great job cleaning the chimney and gave me some useful tips, too. He showed me some things that might need to be serviced/replaced in the future, why they're important, how to know when it's time, and gave a rough estimate of how much they might cost when we're ready. I really appreciate that he didn't just try to push the sale, and I trust his expertise that we will be ok for now. A&A will definitely get my business next time our chimney needs cleaning or maintenance!

On multiple occasions A & A has serviced my fireplace: chimney crown rebuild, re-bricked fire box, replaced gas jet, installed stainless steel chimney cap, and regular cleanings. Fantastic service. We had a fireplace insert installed. First of all, Steven came out and looked at everything. Very friendly and professional. He said when he comes back he would bring something for my 2 children. Secondly, on the day they came to install it, Chris and Angel were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They did a great job. Lastly, they brought a coloring book for my daughter and a flashlight for my son. Businesses that truly care about families are few and far between. A&A Chimney Sweeps is a quality business.
