This company is the real deal! I contacted them late at night one night, after finding them online. I got an immediate response. They came to do my job and blew me away. The customer service is amazing and second to NONE. The work speaks for itself. I could not be any happier with this company and would highly recommend them for all of your drywall needs.

While I didn't end up going to them for my drywall needs, I decided to leave a review in regards to their friendliness and correspondence!
I ripped out our drop down ceiling in our kitchen and felt relatively intimidated by the idea of jointing and texturing the new sheet rock. While briefly considering having someone else do it, I reach out to Custom Drywall Services. I'm back on to attempting to do it myself (save money, learn how to, etc.), but Matt and Jay have been extremely helpful, professional and courteous during our conversations. Not once did I feel pressured to do business with them

This review is not based on service. Based on their profile I'm sure they do an outstanding job. Sometimes in this business you get a quote so high it actually irks you. Got a bid over photographs which included an apartment sized bathroom less than 75 sq ft. And a bedroom wall that was 8x14.
Quote said it could be up to $10,000?!?!. Thought to myself they must've gotten the wrong photos because if I were to extrapolate that, doing drywall on my 2,000 sq ft home would come to $200,000. Which is not the going rate. Simply no excuses for this as material even today is $500 on the high

A friend recommended Matt, and I think his crew did a great job. First and foremost, Matt and Jay were very easy to communicate with. They respond to emails, calls, and texts often within minutes even late at night. For me, this is a HUGE thing as so many people take forever to get back to you. There was one small snafoo with the job, and they took care of it right away--both emailing and calling me ASAP. If I could rate higher I would. From the responsiveness on Yelp, to the professionalism, quality, and speediness that Matt and his team displayed is just incredible. I needed drywall installed around a new doorway from floor to ceiling, complete with taping, mud, and finish texturing. I'm blown away with how well the finished wall blends with the rest of the wall. Once I get paint on, you won't even be able to tell the difference. I rarely leave reviews on Yelp, but had to share my experience and recommend!

Great Drywall /Ceiling guy!! I had a great experience having my ceilings redone and wanted to share this contact. (Not getting paid for this).
Matt Ploy was referred to us by David Swaim, who is a fabulous contractor.
His workmen came in wearing masks, taking safetyprecautions. Cleaned up nicely. He was fast, communicated with us every step of the way, answered our questions... I would definitely use him again.

Contacted Custom Drywall for a repair consultation. After explaining their processes and proposal, I didn't end up giving them my business as I was on a budget but they did provide referrals of other drywall contractors that they can vouch for. Who does that nowadays? They could have easily just said "Bye" and I would've continued on with my search but instead they provided their peers in the industry an opportunity to possibly earn my business. This is how a business should be ran. A+ in my book!

We found custom drywall on yelp and requested a quote from him and a few others on here the day after Thanksgiving. Considering it was the day after a major holiday we was not expecting a response right away. However, Matt was the first one to respond, almost immediately regarding the hole in our kitchen ceiling. I contacted Custom Drywall for an estimate on a very small job. I ultimately ended up using a provider that was located closer to my city. But I did want to comment on the excellent customer service that I received from Custom Drywall. They responded to my request for a quote within the hour, and after looking at my photos they actually suggested contacting someone closer because of the additional cost for coming from out of the area. FULL DISCLOSURE: I did not receive service from Custom Drywall. This rating is based purely on the customer service and concern Matt Ploy showed regarding my drywall repair. This was a company I requested an estimate from after having a pipe reroute in my rental home. The quality and skill of the crew clearly shows in the work provided! We had a few holes in our wall and one major hole (long story the fridge fell into the wall when moving) and Custom Drywall was able to patch up our walls without making it look like patch work! They blended in so smoothly with our existing wall and you can't even tell where the damage is!! I highly recommend them!! They were fast, professional, and had fair prices!

My husband and I were looking for a dry wall company to install drywall in pretty much every room of a house we purchased, but the bedrooms. My husband had pulled everything down to the studs and we were looking for someone with great experience and competitive pricing. We found Matt and his team on yelp and they sure did not disappoint. I had a few holes in the wall that needed repair. Matt, the owner, was honest, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the entire process. I work odd hours and his staff accommodated my schedule, showing up promptly as promised. The work was completed timely. I was most concerned about proper matching of the existing orange peel wall texture, but they did a great job. After a couple of coats of paint, most people would never notice that these areas had been patched. They're not the cheapest in town, but they are competitive with other licensed and insured contractors and the price estimate
