I call them, they set the portable toilet, the clean it, they pump it and when I am done, they pick it up. I wish everyone was this easy to deal with. I had my septic pumped today on house we bought last year had no clue when last time it was done the young man come was great had lid off to one side he let me know there was a solid side help me get lid off I am so thankful cause it was full and young man was great .I would highly recommend this company
