We originally considered the local big box stores for our countertops but decided to check local businesses and we are glad we did.
The entire process was very professional and efficient.
Even during tough times the entire project was completed in 1/4 the time vs box store.
Communication was perfect.
Installers actually knew what they were doing and made corrections to sink cut on the fly in minutes that would have been catastrophic otherwise.

From the first meeting until the countertops were installed was a seamless experience. Everyone was so knowledgeable and actually listened to what we needed. Dan explained everything so clearly. The calls keep us informed was great. Team 1 of Joe and Jamie were fabulous. These two young men were so pleasant to be around and really knew their job and did it well. Highly recommend Dan, Joe and Jamie.

When deciding to update my kitchen the biggest worry (which came from people that had already updated) was countertops. Seemed that everyone had a horror story and almost all were from countertop contractors. Sarto crushed that fear, over communicating, being on time, professional and very courteous. After the install I was not happy about a seam. I call Annie and she sent out a guy that is pretty close to a magician đ©. He sanded and polished and buffed until my wife was happy. Outstanding company that I cannot recommend highly enough.

I had a great experience with Sarto. My Sales Rep Deidre was wonderful, she answered all my questions and got my install scheduled very quickly. My new countertops are absolutely beautiful!! New granite countertops and a cool new sink â with no other additions â changed our kitchen from blah to better-homes-and-gardens. From the day we heard of Sarto, this project changed from frustrating to amazing. We were served by 9 different Sarto employees with whom the arrangements were made and the installation completed; and that number doesnât even count the behind-the-scenes actual fabricators. Every person was professional, efficient and personable. Every piece happened exactly on time. There were no surprises, except that there were none of the little glitches that one comes to accept

We recently had Sarto install countertops in our home. They were very informative and knowledgeable about different products and had a great selection to choose from. The staff was easy to work with and altered… their work hours around us. Once we picked out our slab they had it installed very quickly. We are very satisfied and would recommend Sarto over and over again. Excellent customer service as well!!

The counter install was an outstanding experience. The quality of materials and the craftsmanship of the installers made the project complete. From the first steps and selection of the quartz, through the project design and ordering, to the finished product- I couldn't have asked for a more customer friendly experience! I shared with Annie that I felt like it was more than just being a valued customer- it felt as if we were all working together on the project. They understood what I wanted and did everything to deliver completely.

Sarto countertops were amazing. We had an addition to our existing countertop and they went above and beyond to match our granite. there installers were very professional and even repaired a seam the home builder didnt do a very good job on. I would recommend Sarto to anyone looking for quality work at competitive prices.
