Thompson Pools began installing residential swimming pools as part of our residential and commercial construction company in 1972. We have extensive construction background in all areas and phases of construction. Spas were introduced the following year. The pool and spa company was operated out of the home until 1983, when a retail store was opened.
Thompson Pools continued to grow and we moved to our current location in 1993. The backgrounds of the owners are diverse and varied and each provides a unique benefit. Everybody know that Snow Mountain is more than mountains!

We recently purchased our SECOND Jacuzzi spa from Thompson Pools and my wife and I AGAIN simply can’t say enough wonderful things about our Jacuzzi tub or the OUTSTANDING service provided by Justin and the crew at Thompson Pools!!
We again had our Jacuzzi delivered to Bozeman by the guys at Thompson. Hassle-free and they were able to help us troubleshoot final set-up from Billings, no problem.
And WOW, after 3 years, prices have only minimally increased (as compared to our past experiences at another competitor) on par with inflation and what one would expect. Thompson STILL totally worked

UPDATE...Don has been great to work through the issues created by the temp employee, Brian, who robbed us and was essentially squatting in our home while we were away. Thompson Pools—GREAT AGAIN! Temp agency was useless and felt his trespassing and wrongdoing was acceptable. Thank you again Don!
Once upon a time I quite liked Thompson. Since allowing their employee working as a temp to repeatedly trespass in and rob our home as part of their maintenance service I have no faith in their business practices. When told by Ron that “they’d make it right” there has been nothing done...stay away

Thompson pools is amazing! They tested numerous parts for free instead of selling me new ones. Walked me through how to test various parts on my hot tub to find the inoperable part, then told me to order it online as it was cheaper and faster than them getting it. They saved me hundreds, I can't thank you enough. A truly remarkable and honest business. Thank you!

Wow!! After much research and shopping for a new hot tub (after prices increased about 3K in just 2 years from our previous dealer, NOTE we would have been repeat customers), we decided to stop by Thompson pools in Billings on our way back home to Bozeman. Are we ever glad we did! We are so very pleased with our new spa in every regard and at a SIGNIFICANTLY more realistic and justifiable price! Superior design and layout, jets with seemingly endless adjustability, user-friendly display panel and chemistry/maintenance instructions, way sturdier inside shell/cover/cover lift.
