Thee guys are currently building us a home in Kalama WA and we have been very pleased with the process so far. We weren't looking to build a mansion, we just wanted a nice 1300ish square foot home with no stairs. These guys helped us find the lot, choose a house plan and get a construction loan.
I will update this post when the house is complete, but so far, we couldn't be happier.

Working with Ben the contractor and his crew has made the whole process of rebuilding and remodeling my mothers home much easier. They caught issues like electrical wires burning in the walls along with other issues that needed to be done to bring the house up to code and make the house a safe place to live. I was impressed by how easy it was to communicate with Ben and his project manager Drew about the issues involved in the rebuild and remodel.

NWTRH saved the day for us. We needed a few quick, but important, repairs done in preparation of the sale of our home. Moving to the Kalama area recently, we found it hard to find contractors who would come up or come down to this area but we did our first year. They were good but it took them a while to finish. In our second year we did our due diligence and contacted quite of few. Only 2 responded both provided an estimate but only one provided a more detailed estimate, NW Timber Ridge Homes. We wanted to enclose our back porch and make it a small mud room entry from the backyard Ben came gave us a quote and we agreed to take on some of the work ourselves to cut down on the cost.
