Critical: Responsiveness
I've had horrible experiences with the service department. The customer service is horrible as well nothing but lies. I'd just like them to get back to me and tell me what is going on with my soft tub power pack. I'm still waiting for an answer and it's been 3 weeks.

I am a new homeowner and prospective Hot Tub owner. And Jim was able to show me many options and talk about so many details that I myself would not have even thought of. I am very thankful for the help, and while I did not make a final decision yet, I am sure I will soon I am thankful for their expertise and level of knowledge.

Had Petis Pool install an inground pool & hot tub,
After installation complete , hard to get them to answer phone or investigate a product that was sold with our hot tub. After 4 years , the hot tub cover disintegrated & imploded into our hot tub , products they sell are cheap & just bad service. Unhappy !

My wife and I had been looking for a hot tub for over 3 months. Was told abut Softtub ,called and from the 1st call and email to the last ,they have been great. Customer service is key to a great company and I am telling you. They have the BEST!!.

Pettis built our pool last summer during quarantine. They helped us make the best of a bad situation. The owner even gave us an amazing deal on a hot tub to help compensate us even though the construction delays were not their fault at all.
We were thrilled with all of the contractors Pettis sent to our home and today we have a beautiful inground pool because of their hard work. Our experience with Pettis Pools was a new purchase. We bought one of their small 2-person soft sided hot tubs. It fits perfectly on our small back porch. It is just the right size, it is quiet, it is efficient, we couldn't be happier. The sales staff at the East Rochester store was very helpful, the sale was easy, the delivery was easy. Not much more I can say...great product, great company, great people.
