After a serious fire at an Orange County manufacturing facility, the roof and roof structure had to be completely replaced.

Never saw or spoke with the project manager after the initial walk through. I don’t believe they even purchased the appropriate permits for the work because no inspectors came to the house throughout the work - Isn’t that part of why we work with “certified” contractors? Insurance paid for the work caused by an upstairs pipe burst. This company subcontracts the work so the workers who worked on our home were not associated to Roberts Construction. Error in carpet installation made by administration - yes they replaced the carpet but we were left with damage NEW base boards. Work took months

This company was prompt with providing as estimate, and was available to do the work in a timely way. Job well done, until the finish line. I was surprised to see some needed repairs not addressed by the contractor, so the job was left incomplete. Attempts to get a call back for another estimate to finish the work and address some minor problems went unanswered. This unprofessional ending dropped their rating.
