My husband and I closed escrow on a small house in Encino built in 1949 that needed everything, especially vision to make it a fresh modern house. To our great fortune, we met Belin Davidov of Mega Builders, Inc. We were convinced, after our initial meeting with Belin at our new house, that we were on the same page.

I am so happy I ended up working with MegaBuiilders. Belin was a pleasure to work with and always responsive to my calls and concerns. Our house turned out even better than I anticipated. I was impressed that so many of the guys working on the job have been with the company for many years, this says a lot about a company and how they take care of their workers. All of the subs who worked on my house were professional and easy to work and communicate with and the quality of their work was top notch.

An amazing renovation this turned out to be! We waited a very long time to take on doing such a major reno and are so delighted with the way everything turned out. The workmanship, attention to detail, customer service and efficiency with which this job was done, was definitely worth the time and money spent. Our designer, along with his team of professionals, committed themselves to providing us with a breathtaking and functional kitchen and washroom. It takes someone with a lot of knowledge and a ton of experience to work with someone like me. This is due to the fact that I am very meticulous with how I want things done , the completed look and the overall updates that come with a lengthy process.
Our homes are our Queendoms , and i wanted to feel like a queen at the end of the day. Coming home needs to feel relaxing , open , clean

Megabuilders resurfaced my concrete pool deck and front of my house about a year and a half ago. They did a beautiful job. But I am in an area where everything keeps settling and numerous cracks formed. Since I had a 10 year warranty against cracking I called them up. They just finished two solid days of working and it looks brand new. I am impressed. Superb workmanship and they live up to their guarantee. Both are rare these days. If you need work done call Dimitry at 310-696-1008 and tell him that you read Mel's review. I won't receive a commission but it's the least I can do.

I've worked with Mega Builders on a few projects (from kitchens to full scale remodels) and highly recommend them. Belin and Roberto go above and beyond to get things done in a timely manner and to a high standard. Their tiler is the best and takes extra care not only from an installation point but aesthetics as well. I'm currently in the process of working with them on a couple of other projects too and they have given exactly the same quality of service throughout. Hire them!

Its with great disappointment that soon after construction/remodeling started that we got to know the real Belin, the owner. They were completely disorganized, no customer service and no communication. He would just do things without letting us know and had an excuse for every mishap. Finally after the job was "completed," little did we know that it wasn't. Hardscape was done improperly, plumbing wasn't done correctly, and to top it all off, our beautifull hardwood floors which cost us an arm and a leg are squeaking all over, unleveled and dip In some places which makes it unsafe
