I needed a key to my trunk because my car didn't come with one and it was different than the key to my ignition and he talked down to me the whole time. Asking how I couldn't know this when I bought it and I should of had a MAN come with me. It was disgusting the way I was talked to

I could not have asked for a better experience. Mark got to me quickly and got my car unlocked in no time! Great prices. He was very kind and professional. He really went above and beyond, too! I had just bought the car and I explained to him that didn’t realize the key wouldn’t unlock the doors. After getting into my car, he took the time to check on my door and key to see what the issue was and help offer me a solution. I highly recommend Mark and Hometown Locksmith!

This locksmith service is top notch. Mark came within 30 minutes of calling him to help me unlock my vehicle that I had locked myself out of. Mark also was able to assist me in retrieving my door access code that had been changed by a previous owner. I highly recommend this service as prompt, knowledgeable, careful to not damage your vehicle and reasonably priced. Thanks Mark, you da man!!
