We were working on a deal for a truck and was told MULTIPLE times by Tammy that they were still working on it and that she would call us back and let us know either way what the final answer was. We didnt want to keep bothering her so we waited for her to get back to us...she NEVER ONCE CALLED US BACK! We called one last time today to finalize and she told us "the truck sold" So they basically put us on hold to try getting a better deal with someone else and SCREWED US!! Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Showed their true colors!

Overpriced and faulty Jeep Grand Cherokee. I stopped paying for two months and forfeited the car after trying and trying to get it fixed at their shop. A month after leaving their lot the AC and heater stopped working, it started a death wobble, had electrical issues and many more. Their mechanic would say he fixed the issue but would just delete the light warning with their little machine.

I can tell you this folks, the owner, I believe his name is Shannon has a clear understanding that he is behind the 8ball being in the used car business. He understands that customer service is a dying art, that's what makes him and his dealership the Picasso amungst imitators.
Food for thought :if you need a car , they'll get you into one, seriously! And we all worry about mechanical issues when buying a used car,not that you need to worry about that but they got you taken care after the sale as well. It's a win-win. They have my return business.

I was sold back in 2015 a 99 over priced 7.3 f-250 4x4. I had to put $4000 down. Bad mistake. It was financed by westlake financial in California. just to find out very shortly after the vehicle need some front end work called a death wobble.And when i tried to pull my camper. It had a bad transmission. I tried telling the car lot. But nobody was helpful at C and S auto sales. And the owners are never there. The salesman was gary. All they wanted was a sale. Dont trust them. If you going buy an expensive used vehicle. Go to a reputable car lot. Or Go to a private individual. And if the vehicle

Bought a 2003 Silverado for $9,100 and it was priced $11,900. Braden was very nice and catered to our wants very well. After we drove off the lot the truck had lost power to the engine before we got past the first light. Immediately we brought it back and Braden had their mechanic put in a new battery and filter. But we believed it was a different issue and they had it outsourced to another mechanic and fixed it all. And it's running perfectly and we couldn't be happier with it. Appreciate them fixing the issues free of cost for us, even after we'd already paid them for the truck to begin with
